Blackwater PWD's

Blackwater is located in Georgia, where we work and play with our Portuguese Water Dogs every day. We are active in the show and performance rings, but our real passion is for working our dogs in the water.

We have been active in the breed for 10 years and do all possible to support PWD activities and initiatives at the local and national levels. We are members of the Portuguese Water Dog Club of America and the USSPWD club baed in Florida, and the Georgia Group, which is a group of active PWD enthusiasts here in our home state.

We currently have 2 PWDs living with us. Both are wonderful, enthusiastic dogs who love to work and play.

Our goal at Blackwater is to support the breed and those who are active with their dogs. We can serve as a great source of knowledge and experience to the new PWD enthusiast and point you in the right direction for virtually any PWD need or question you might have.
